Business Transformation Specialist
Full‑time, Permanent
Salary Range
$100,000 – $120,000 base salary (plus an annual bonus of approximately $130–135k, vacation, benefits and other perks).

Remote – Mississauga, ON, Canada
What You’ll Do
- Innovation and Applied AI (50%) – Partner with senior leaders to develop frameworks, approaches, and use cases where AI can re‑invent processes and business models.
- Value Creation and Transformation (30%) – Identify, develop, and implement strategies to improve business performance; collaborate on projects related to pricing, go‑to‑market, change management/organization.
- Market Assessment and Analysis (20%) – Conduct industry and trend research, market analysis, and market sizing to evaluate potential M&A targets and support sales/marketing growth.
