Must haves:
- Experienced in delivering workshops, training sessions, or coaching programs
- Experience working with business support initiatives
- Experience managing multi-month or multi-year programs
- Ability to drive business participation at scale (50–100+ businesses)
- Experience with data tracking, reporting, and outcome measurement
Nice to Have
- Experience in economic development or regional programs
- Exposure to AI/digital transformation for businesses
