Role Description
Lead requirements definition and elaboration for PEGA-based solutions and features.Work with business SMEs to capture business needs and translate them into PEGA-centric functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.Collaborate with PEGA development teams to ensure accurate implementation of workflows, decisioning, and case management solutions.Provide ongoing support during development through clarifications, backlog refinement, and pre-UAT testing.Support Sprint Reviews by helping demonstrate PEGA use cases and business outcomes.Participate in post-go-live validations and provide BA sign-off for owned features and epics.Assist business users during UAT, Early Business Reviews, Model Office, and training sessions related to PEGA solutions.
