Overview Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – SAS to Python Migration  
Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead the migration of legacy SAS processes to modern Python-based solutions. This role will act as a critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless transition of complex business logic while maintaining alignment with operational, compliance, and performance requirements. 
Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication between technical teams (developers, data engineers) and business process owners to translate SAS-based workflows into Python solutions. 
Business Logic Extraction: Analyze and document existing SAS code, macros, and analytical processes to identify critical business rules, data dependencies, and validation requirements for migration.
