Business Systems Analyst – Technology Enablement Workgroup, ICBC
Hours of Work: 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week (Mon–Fri)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (8‑day week, 2 days onsite)
Salary Range: $72,399.60 – $78,223.60 annually
Location: North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Responsibilities
- Oversee the completion of daily operational tasks related to end‑user workstation and Microsoft 365 adoption.
- Support corporate projects and internal initiatives by evaluating business requirements and recommending technical solutions within the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify challenges and propose solutions that leverage Teams, Planner, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Copilot tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Technical knowledge across the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams (Premium, Rooms), Planner, To Do, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Copilot,...
