Job Description
Your Day-to-Day:
· Operating Model Design: Support the confirmation and build-out of the Operating Model using a structured, top-down approach (from high-level gap analysis and process summary diagrams to detailed swimlane flows for manual processes/exceptions and comprehensive procedural documents).
· Operational Readiness: Work closely with the Operational Readiness team to ensure the new Operating Model is thoroughly understood across all global locations.
· Requirements Gathering: Conduct deep business analysis, gathering, and documenting clear business requirements.
· Strategic Consulting: Act as a subject matter expert, providing high-level technical consulting and leadership to project teams and partners.
· Risk & Issue Management: Identify, document, and escalate business readiness risks and issues to the programme management, ensuring effective mitigation plans are in place.
