What You'll Do
- Call members to book in-home or telehealth visits
- Answer inbound calls on English queue
- Update CRM and scheduling system after each call
- Follow up on no-shows and reschedules
- Confirm next steps before ending calls
- Escalate urgent needs fast (clear path)
