Shape the future of Camp Koolaree and MacKenzie Camp as an Executive Director, focusing on operations, community outreach, and summer ministry development. This two-year role encourages flexible work across the Okanagan and Kootenays.
You will spearhead initiatives to revitalize camp activities, ensuring operations align with the United Church’s ethos. Working in collaboration with the camp boards, you'll develop and implement strategic plans to engage the community while fostering leadership among staff.
