Job Description

Take a week or two to escape the clinical setting for Birch Island as our Camp Nurse, affectionately known as ‘Patch‘. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for the health and wellness of our community, providing high-quality care at our beautiful camp. This is a unique position that offers the opportunity to practice nursing while enjoying nature and becoming an essential part of our team.

Minimum Requirements
Current RN registration in Ontario with professional insurance coverage (e.g. RNAO)

Current CPR certificate

Strong assessment skills

Strong first aid skills

Enjoys working with children
Job Duties
Provide high quality nursing care to campers and staff while promoting and maintaining health, safety and well-being through care, teaching and consultation.
