Lead fundraising efforts at St. Michael’s and Providence Foundation as a Campaign Director. Focus on maximizing revenue and supporting healthcare, research, and outreach initiatives for Unity Health Toronto.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a campaign team to drive fundraising initiatives, engaging volunteers and senior leadership to reach significant donor goals. Your expertise in major gift fundraising will be essential to guide potential major donors through all stages of the donor cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team to support primary campaign priorities
• Identify and engage potential campaign volunteers
• Develop compelling campaign materials with marketing teams
• Maintain a portfolio of 80–100 potential major donors
• Actively solicit donations targeting $5–$10 million annually
