St. Michael’s and Providence Foundation (SMPF) is the exclusive fundraising organization dedicated to generating and managing philanthropic funds for St. Michael’s Hospital and Providence Healthcare within Unity Health Toronto. Our mission is to maximize philanthropic revenue to support healthcare, research, teaching, and health equity programs through diverse fundraising initiatives, with an emphasis on equity and inclusivity for all community members.
POSITION SUMMARY
As Campaign Director, you will lead the campaign team in supporting two key fundraising priorities, guiding volunteers and staff through the entire donor cycle—from identification and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, the hospital, and strategic partners to advance the Foundation’s objectives and achieve substantial major gifts.
