Position Summary
To assist in the leadership of the Food areas and department processes through partnership with the Food Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion.
What You’ll Do
- Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Job Responsibility #2 Assists in providing direction and the co‑ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Food Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
