What you’ll do...
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Delegating, assisting and following up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks – Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks.
- Delegating, assisting and following up on the completion of price changes and feature sets.
- Delegating, assisting and following up on modular completion in the assigned area.
- Providing support and coverage in required areas on the sales floor as needed, supporting recovery and zoning activities.
