Position Summary
To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and facilitating purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Assist in providing direction and coordinating task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
- Assess the overall presentation of the OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
- Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
