OverviewCapex Controlling Analyst – Join Givaudan to support finance management by delivering accurate financial information related to capital expenditure projects, budgets, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute financial information to functional management and stakeholders, including Group Controlling, Division Controlling, Operations Controlling, and Functional Controlling, with a focus on Capex projects.Interface with Givaudan Financial Services and external/internal auditors.Assist in the annual Capex budget process for the site.Perform monthly review of projects (budget vs. actual) and inform stakeholders of status.Analyze deviations, investigate issues, and ensure projects are correctly closed in accounting with proper capitalization.Monitor Asset Under Construction monthly and maintain the Fixed Asset database updated.Support Givaudan Finance Services in resolving issues related to Capex movements.Control Fixed Asset movements (retirement, transfers, etc.) an...
