What You’ll Do
- Build, set, and strip forms for a wide range of concrete structures.
- Complete layout and free‑forming tasks with accuracy and confidence.
- Construct footings, columns, pillars, and anchor bolt systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Use essential hand tools such as tape measures, squares, chalk lines, and nail pullers.
- Support civil and general labor tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of formwork experience.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or high‑rise construction.
- Strong ability to read and understand drawings.
