Job Description
This is a part-time .4 FTE position, reporting to the Associate Director, Student Accessibility. This role is responsible for leading and administering duties pertaining to student behaviour as they relate to mental and/or physical health conditions. Provides information to students, faculty, staff and administration on non-culpable student behavioural issues and carries out relevant procedures identified in policy.
Student Case Management
- Investigates and case manages non-academic, non-culpable, student conduct complaints, using processes defined by College policy and adhering to principles of procedural fairness and restorative justice.
- Utilizes informal resolution, mediation, or investigation methodologies as appropriate by taking appropriate steps to facilitate functional restoration and/or resolution of each matter by meeting with involved parties, conducting interviews, and co-construction of student success plans.
