This position is remote but requires residency in the ONLY the following locations: **Phoenix, AZ; Orlando, FL; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Pittsburgh, PA**
**Position:** Case Manager (Customer Experience Advocate)
**Salary:** $23.50/hour
**Work Schedule:** Shift assigned between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
**Location:** Remote **(candidates must reside in Phoenix, AZ, Orlando, FL, Raleigh, NC, or Pittsburgh, PA)**
