Homes for the Homeless (HFH) is searching for an experienced Case Manager Supervisor for our Families w/ Children facility located in Staten Island, NY. As the Case Manager Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the performance of our dedicated Case Managers, including periodic case file audits and weekly meetings. The Case Manager Supervisor will work closely with our community partners to connect families to much needed resources and take on a caseload as needed.
