- Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers

- Greets all customers and displays warm demeanor
- Accurately scans or enters product data
- Accurately accounts for cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum
- Asks for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction
