Provides services to patients that are amenable to treatment with this modality. Documents care provided and communicates with referral sources and other treating providers as needed.
Principle Responsibilities
Provides patient care.Develop, implement and evaluate the patient plan of care based on individual needs including age specific and learning style needs.Documents patient information and outcome specific care provided.Educates patient and families as needed regarding treatment and follow through.Facilitates collaborative relationships.Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care.Participate on quality improvement initiatives, research projects or other initiatives as needed.Promote the goals and vision of Acupuncture as requested.Other duties as assigned.
