Utilize your pharmaceutical expertise as a Casual Clinical Pharmacist at UBC Hospital in Vancouver, BC. This role focuses on enhancing patient outcomes and supporting healthcare teams.
We are looking for skilled Clinical Pharmacists for our Long-Term Care & Tertiary Mental Health services. You will provide individualized patient counselling, develop drug therapy guidelines, and participate in medication evaluations. Mentorship to pharmacy students and contributions to clinical research are also key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tailor medication therapy plans for individual patients
• Counsel patients on medication and safety practices
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on treatment plans
