Job Description
- Actively shape and execute category strategy, driving development and performance of the assigned portfolio
- Lead end-to-end Category Management projects, including assortment optimization, promotional planning, and portfolio recommendations tailored to specific sales channels and key customers
- Develop customer-centric assortment strategies, planograms, and merchandising standards, ensuring strong in-store execution
- Cooperation with the global Team, with a strong portfolio independent on the local market
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment on category priorities and execution
- Take an active role in client meetings and category workshops, ensuring high-quality engagement and long-term relationship building
