Role Overview
The Category Specialist is the dedicated in‑store subject matter expert in The Shop – Princess Auto’s hands‑on learning space inside the Winnipeg East store. They build trusting relationships and provide a unique shopping experience, leveraging advanced product knowledge and category expertise to consult with both customers and fellow Team Members on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Provide Royal Service and an outstanding shopping experience in your assigned category, drawing on in‑depth product knowledge to educate and advise customers on complex inquiries.
- Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to guide customers through unique challenges and deliver tailored, effective solutions.
- Serve as a trusted resource within your category and actively seek insights on industry trends and innovations.
