The Clinical Team Lead for RTW Coordination reports to the Manager of Clinic Services. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of WCB service delivery models while fostering relationships with treatment teams and stakeholders. You will coach and mentor team members to achieve high performance while ensuring adherence to key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain expertise in WCB program service delivery
• Act as liaison with WCB claim owners and employers

• Degree in kinesiology or related fields
