Job Description
The CCTV Specialist is responsible for ensuring all CCTV cameras and systems are fully operational, maintained, and properly monitored. The role involves coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to address any issues promptly, managing the operations control room, performing routine maintenance, and providing training and support to CCTV operators to ensure 24/7 emergency response readiness.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal communication with the operations control room to ensure all cameras are working properly and maintain external communication with relevant agencies on CCTV matters.
- Ensure the operations control room and technical equipment are properly maintained; procure supplies, services, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
- Check the cameras daily to confirm they are clean, fully operational, and recording data without interruption.
