Central Administrative Assistant (Pooled Resource) – Fixed Term (2 Year)
Pray, Grow, Serve 2035 is the Diocese of Exeter’s 10‑year vision to deepen prayer, make new disciples and serve the people of Devon with joy. The programme is supported by a £10m grant from the Church of England’s Strategic Mission and Ministry Investment Board (SMMIB), with a further phase of funding to be sought in 2028. As the Diocese embarks on this significant period of mission and organisational development, strengthening central operational capacity is essential.
To support this, the Diocese is appointing two Central Administrative Assistants who will form a pooled administrative resource for the Senior Management Team (SMT) and central departments.
