1st 6:30a-2:30p

2nd 2:30p-10:30p

3rd 10:30p-6:30a

Qualifications:

Current 2 step PPD (within the last year)

MMR

Physical within the last 6 months

CNA License

License Verification

Driver's License

Proof they have lived in PA for 2 years
