As a Peer Recovery Coach at Valley Vista, you are the bridge. You'll use your own journey through behavioral health or addiction challenges to inspire others to define their own path. You will:
Be a Partner in Recovery: Engage in meaningful, one-on-one conversations to help members set and reach their own goals.
Champion Choice: Ensure every member's voice and preference is heard and respected through our Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS).
