Challenging Behavior Coordinator - Continuing Care

About the Opportunity

Accountable to the Continuing Care Behavioral Health Manager, the Challenging Behaviour Resource Coordinator (CBRC) is responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of the Behavioural Health Program with the continuing care sector. The CBRC also plays a key role in enhancing the capacity of continuing care providers to provide care to older persons with complex cognitive (dementia) / mental health needs and associated responsive behaviours. Through the provision of leadership and collaboration, the CBRC will provide guidance and advice to promote the coordination and integration of services.
