Job Summary
The Training Specialist Senior - Change Management Analyst is tasked with developing training content and improving the quality of existing content to meet the needs of the company. It will be responsible for analyzing training needs, designing courses, and facilitating learning initiatives as well as doing training facilitation. Will be responsible for guiding and enabling the implementation of change initiatives within the organization. This role is crucial to ensure that changes are implemented effectively, minimizing resistance and maximizing employee acceptance.
