Job Description

The role

ASIC is seeking an experienced Change Reporting Analyst to coordinate, source, analyse and maintain high-quality change-related reporting for the RegistryConnect program.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide accurate, timely, actionable insights to support Change and governance decision-making

  • Develop and maintain RegistryConnect change reporting (dashboards, summaries, sentiment, adoption metrics)

  • Analyse stakeholder sentiment, engagement, learning uptake, utilisation and adoption

  • Support design and delivery of surveys, feedback tools and assessments

  • Consolidate Change team inputs into program-wide reporting

  • Align change reporting with Program Office governance, health reporting and milestones

  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and tools

  • Deliver insights for steering committees, boards, exec briefings and team forums
