Chef de rang- POGGIO ROSSO - Borgo San Felice Resort

Inserito all’interno del Ristorante Poggio Rosso o dell’Osteria Il Grigio, sotto la supervisione del Maître, il/la Chef de Rang si occuperà di:

• Curare la mise-en-place e il servizio (colazione, pranzo, cena)
• Partecipare attivamente al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
• Registrare le comande, assistere l’ospite e garantire attenzione ai dettagli
• Supportare il servizio colazioni e room service
• Preparare la sala per i diversi momenti di servizio

Assigned to either Ristorante Poggio Rosso or Osteria Il Grigio, and reporting to the Maître, the Chef de Rang will be responsible for:
