The Process Technology team ensures that critical process utilities support ASML’s manufacturing operations. These include cooling systems, ultra-pure water, bulk gases, and vacuum infrastructure. As ASML grows, understanding the true cost of these utilities becomes increasingly important. This internship gives you the chance to support long‑term decision‑making with clear insights into cost and performance.
