Brazil-based Chief Compliance Officer
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Americas, you will fulfill the BCB‑mandated diretor estatutário de compliance e PLD/FT designation, taking formal regulatory responsibility for Remitly’s institutional compliance and anti‑money laundering programs in Brazil and ensuring operations meet the highest standards of regulatory integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Program Ownership – Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of Remitly Brazil’s compliance programs, including AML/CFT, foreign exchange compliance, consumer protection, and internal controls.
- Statutory Governance – Act as the diretor estatutário de compliance e PLD/FT of the Remitly FX broker in Brazil, holding formal legal responsibility under BCB supervision and ensuring all statutory obligations are met continuously.
