Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
opportunity with a highly successful and diversified organization managing approximately $1B in assets, 130 entities, 7,000+ units, and a large multi-entity portfolio.
This is a rare executive leadership opportunity designed as a strategic succession plan. The current CFO plans to retire within the next year, and the Owner is seeking a strong financial leader to work alongside him during the transition and gain deep insight into the business and operations.
The ideal candidate will bring:
