Role Overview We are hiring a Chief of Staff to be a high-trust operational partner to the founder and Director of Operations of a fast-growing Australia-based anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand.
This role folds in executive support, customer experience oversight, and operations into one position built for someone who moves fast, thinks ahead, and gets things done without being told twice.

About the Role You will work directly with the founder and Director of Operations to extend their operational reach across day-to-day execution, hiring coordination, customer experience, and internal systems.
This is a high-trust, high-visibility role that requires strong judgment, sharp communication, and the ability to context-switch between executive support and operational work without missing a beat.
