Overview:
Our client is an award-winning, women-owned government consulting and technology services firm headquartered in the DC metro area. The company delivers healthcare consulting, cybersecurity, AI-enabled technology solutions, management consulting, and program management services to federal, state, local, and commercial clients.
They are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Senior Vice President of Operations to help lead the company through its next phase of growth, operational maturity, and enterprise value creation. This executive will serve as the operational right hand to the CEO and will play a critical role in scaling the company from approximately $15M in revenue into a $50M–$100M+ enterprise capable of competing successfully in the full-and-open federal market.
