The Role

This is not a job listing for an accountant.

This is a role for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, leads like an operator, and happens to understand finance. You’ll start by owning our most important client relationships and leading sales calls alongside the founder. Over time, as you prove yourself, you’ll take over the day-to-day running of the firm — managing operations, setting the bar for the team, and eventually stepping in as the face of Elevate Accounting.

This is a COO role. We're bringing you in on the client side first so that you can learn the business and because our clients are at the core of everything we do. The real goal of this position is to find someone who can one day take over running the firm. We want someone who is hungry for that trajectory.
