Chief Product Officer (CPO) – SaaS Firm

Our client is a venture-backed SaaS firm dedicated to SMEs in Vietnam , their goal is to move beyond traditional feature-sets and build their product ecosystem into its next phase of growth.
This role will be responsible for transforming the product strategy into an outcome-driven.
1. Strategy & Vision
- Own the product vision and roadmap, transitioning the portfolio from feature-based to an AI-native ecosystem.
- Ensure AI is not an add-on but embedded into core workflows—from automated credit scoring to conversational UX for SME owners.
- Align product positioning to dominate the Vietnamese market while building the scalability required for international expansion.
