Contribute to meaningful child welfare services with Payukotayno as a Services Supervisor Child Welfare I. This position involves overseeing staff and ensuring culturally responsive services to First Nations families across Treaty 9.
Your role entails direct supervision of frontline workers and ensuring compliance with provincial legislation and agency policies. You will play a key part in supporting staff development and maintaining partnerships within the community guided by Bill C-92.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct supervision and mentoring to staff
• Approve case plans and service decisions
• Monitor compliance with documentation standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or similar
