**Requirements**:
- Minimum **7 years of Civil 3D Design experience** is required
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- **Strong Experience using AutoCAD's and Civil 3D** is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical competence and attention to detail
- A high level of dependability
- A driver's license is required for this position
- English proficiency (both spoken and written) is required for this position
