Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Civil Engineer – Civil3D –BIMModeller to join our exciting and dynamic design team at Bryden Wood.
Key responsibilities
- Model civil systems by working collaboratively with the civil team and other disciplines.
- Support the civil team in designing civil systems.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in design and modelling software including Autodesk Civil3D, Revit, and hydraulic modelling software such as InfoDrainage.
- Good understanding of BIM requirements; knowledge of Revit beneficial but not necessary; willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of civil engineering principles applied to levels, underground drainage, pavements and roads, flooding, and earthworks.
- Good understanding of below‑ground utilities (ducts, pipes, chamber coordination and specification); working knowledge and willingness to learn is essential.
