Job Description
Overview
The Civil Engineer will perform civil site design, roadway, commercial design, and water and sewer.
Job Duties
- Perform site layout and design, grading, stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer design, and erosion control design.
- Conduct flood studies.
- Develop pavement and roadway design for industrial and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with various disciplines for seamless project execution.
- Interface directly with clients and external partners.
- Maintain civil design/engineering standards and procedures.
- Comply with company’s quality control and project management procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.
- Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization’s goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a Vestal Corporation office.
