Responsibilities:
Ensure that claims are properly handled and settled, and are adequately and suitably reserved Examine claims documents for completeness of requirements and assists in computing claims quantum Follow up on the submission of claims requirements Ensure that motor surveyor, loss adjusters, investigator, recovery agents, solicitors are appropriately appointed to assist in best investigation of a claim for reserving and settlement purpose Approve / validate claims settlement and cheque requisitions within the limit of authority Handle the phone enquiry efficiently and professionally to ensure best claim service being provided when answering the requests and inquiries of claimants / beneficiaries regarding the processing, settlement of claims and explanation for declining claims Keep insured, agents, brokers, underwriters and any other relevant parties closely informed of the development of cl...
