Job Description

We are looking for a suitable person to join our team at Bidfood Invercargill in the position of Class 1 delivery driver within the Southland area. This is a Monday to Friday role with occasional Saturday mornings . Hours of work vary on certain days but this position is a 6:00am Start with a 4.00pm finish.* 

The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately deliver orders to our customers providing great customer service as well as some van sales and merchandising when needed to fill in. We require specific focus on the following areas,

  • Timely and accurate picking of customer orders
  • Efficient and safe loading of our delivery vehicles
  • Attention to detail - no short cuts
  • Great communication skills including written and verbal
  • Excellent driving skills
  • Local knowledge of Southland Area
  • Great customer service
  • Can do - go getter attitude
