Area Manager Role: Our ideal candidate is experienced in, or at least familiar with, the cleaning industry, has held responsibility for developing and updating a production schedule, and has led teams through various projects and challenges. You'll need to be adaptable and thrive in rapid-paced environments, display a hands-on approach to leadership, and not be above jumping in to just get things done. To succeed, you must be energetic, highly organized, and hard working. You should be an excellent problem-solver, with a positive attitude and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences.
