Serve as the single point of contact for clients during system integrations and migration delivery. Manage end‑to‑end project coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Translate technical solutions into explicit, actionable language for business partners and clients. Facilitate workshops and regular cadence meetings with clients and internal teams. Conduct integration validation and testing using tools such as Postman and Bruno. Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Identify the why behind business needs and align solutions accordingly. Support go‑live planning, testing coordination, and post‑deployment stabilization.
