THE ROLE
The Client Executive is responsible for the retention of an existing book of business, through exceptional client service, strategic renewal management and proactive risk advisory.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted commercial insurance expert - guiding clients through coverage structures, anticipating client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the policy lifecycle. Your leadership in client stewardship, market negotiation, and relationship management will directly contribute to HK Henderson’s retention and growth objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
RENEWAL STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT
- Lead the renewal process for an assigned portfolio, including 120-day pre-renewal meetings, strategy development, and proposals of preparation.
