About The Role We’re looking to add a Farm Insurance Producer to join our agricultural lines division. The Producer will deliver a best‑in‑class experience for our clients by leveraging their industry knowledge & experience to initiate and develop new relationships for our Farm team.
What You’ll Do
Identify & build a pipeline of quality Farm business leads through referrals and other prospecting techniques
Develop submissions (in conjunction with commercial lines underwriting staff) to markets that will meet the present/emerging needs of the client and close the sale
When appropriate, hand‑off responsibility for the provision of service to clients to the relevant Account Manager in the service teams
When appropriate to the maintenance of good customer service, field customer service requests (espe...
